We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email – however, this may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method.

Deliveries are generally only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs for transport and packaging are a flat rate of CHF 8.50 for delivery by parcel service within Switzerland. For bulky items and furniture, shipping costs are CHF 22. For orders with a value of CHF 100 or more, delivery by parcel service is free of charge, with the exception of bulky and large shipments.

Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Refunds are issued within 7–10 days to the original payment method after we receive the item.
